ANNOUNCEMENT ON TRAINING


I kindly inform that the 5th of the planned training sessions entitled Epidemiology, diagnosis and surgical treatment of malignant neoplasms of the head and the neck region is to be held between 19 – 21 November, 2009 in Warsaw at 2a, Księcia Trojdena Street, Medical University Didactic Centre.

The training, which involves kind participation of lecturers from abroad, welcomes maxillofacial surgeons – as part of specialization training, and maxillofacial and oral surgeons as advancement training (for a fee).

All applications must be submitted before 3 November 2009.

I. All doctors who are currently undergoing specialization training in maxillofacial surgery

are exempt from the fee on presentation of a photocopy of the front page of their “Specialization training card”, confirmed by the head of the department. Applications for the AKP/S157/2009 course are to be sent by e-mails only to kcst@kcs.amwaw.edu.pl or by fax 022 502­2114
II. Doctors applying for the advancement training course (fee-paying applicants)

course number AKP/86/2009 are requested to submit the application form by e-mails only to kcst@kcs.amwaw.edu.pl or by fax022 502­2114. PLN 700 fee covers only the theoretical part of the training.

Payments are to be made by money transfer only to the Medical University in Warsaw bank account:

Please send a copy of your transfer by fax: 0-22-502-2114 not later than before 3 November 2009 . Failure to send the copy of your transfer by that date will be regarded as your resignation.

The participation in the course is the opportunity to gain 23 education points. The organizers have also applied for granting European education points to all who will have participated in the full training (all sessions to be held).
