Aim and Scope of the Conference:

  • Presentation of the scientific, theoretical and practical achievements within the following issues:

  • economic, social, organisational, legal & spatial conditioning for the innovation in services,

  • development directions and new trends in services,

  • shaping up and assessment of services quality,

  • innovative solutions for the services creation, promotion and funding,

  • new forms of marketing communication in services,

  • changes to European Union and member states’ policies concerning the service activities,

  • innovations in services in terms of consumer protection,

  • application of service research methods.

  • Exchange of experiences and views among the scientific communities, organisations and institutions operating within the services sector.

The conference languages are Polish and English.

Information on publications:

Approved papers will be adjourned and presented in the monograph “Innovations in Services” published by Maritime Academy in Gdynia in 2015

The paper will only be printed against fee payment (should there be more authors than two, the fee for one person paid will suffice).
